Your place in a course is held only upon receipt of Enrolment form and full payment of fees.You will be issued an invoice with the bank details to make payment by Electronic Funds Transfer.

5. Minimum Number of Students
We require a minimum of 6 students to be able to run a group course. We make every effort to run all of our courses as advertised, but we cannot guarantee courses that fail to meet the minimum student number will be able to run.
If that is the case then this is the process we will follow:

The maximum number of places on a course is usually restricted to 10.
7. Public Holidays
If a course takes place on a public holiday, no lessons will take place on that day and the course will be extended.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
*All cancellations will incur a $80 administration fee.
- 10-week courses – 20 hours of lessons, with one 2-hour lesson per week.
- 6-week course – Spanish for Travellers, with one 2-hour lesson per week.

3. Payment
- The course fee will be required to be booked and paid prior to the commencement of the course in order to secure your booking. Due to the small size of our classes, places in a course are held strictly in order of receipt of above.
4. Materials
- Materials may consist of a Summary Handout each lesson and photocopied materials. The Power Point of the lesson will be e-mailed to the student the following day of the class with the homework.
- Course materials are selected according to the level of each course.
- Course fees include all materials.
5. Minimum Number of Students
We require a minimum of 6 students to be able to run a group course. We make every effort to run all of our courses as advertised, but we cannot guarantee courses that fail to meet the minimum student number will be able to run.
If that is the case then this is the process we will follow:
- The course may still run (at the Company’s discretion), even if the minimum number of students is not met but the course time is likely to be reduced to 8 weeks (as a smaller group will cover the all course material in a shorter amount of time).
- If the above option is not practical then your course fee will be refunded back to you in full.
6. Maximum Number of Students

8. Refunds and Cancellations
- No partial refund can be granted for classes not attended. Payment cannot be adjusted on a pro rata basis.
- We cannot offer any refunds where cancellations are made on the start date or once the course has already started. You can transfer your booking to the next course (cancellation fee applied).
- More than 7 days before course start date: We can offer you a full refund of your course up to one week before the advertised start date or you can reschedule to a later start date. Cancellation fee applied.
- Less than 7 days before course start date: You can transfer your booking to the next course (cancellation fee applied).
- After the first lesson: You can transfer your booking to the next course (cancellation fee applied)
